We begin by deeply understanding your specific project requirements. Our expert team provides professional advice on material selection, specifications.
Color, Thickness, Spec, Quantity, Timeline. You Tell Us, We Document. The More Details, The Better The Match.
We send samples, or you send yours. We match, you approve. Until you say "That's it."
Zinc thickness, paint film, delivery dates, and pricing—everything is guaranteed in black and white.
Once your order is scheduled, we keep you posted: when it starts, when it's coated, when it's packed.
Final inspection before loading. Thickness, color, appearance — All good? Then it ships.
Test records kept for 3 years. You can access them anytime. Next order? We're here.
We operate a complete quality inspection system covering hot-dip galvanized steel, 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel (Galvalume), and pre-painted steel sheet. From incoming raw materials to finished product dispatch, we implement a five-stage control process to ensure stable performance, excellent surface quality, and full traceability.
Substrate surface/dimensions, zinc/Al-Zn ingot composition, paint/passivation batch & concentration – non-conforming materials are rejected immediately.
Annealing furnace atmosphere, zinc bath temperature, air knife parameters, curing oven temperature – both equipment and parameters must meet specifications.
Sampled per coil / every 2 hours: coating thickness, spangle, flatness, T-bend, hardness, MEK rub – any deviation triggers instant feedback and, if necessary, line stoppage.
Appearance, dimensions, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, coating adhesion – a quality certificate is issued for every batch.
Moisture-proof wrapping, steel strapping, label verification, random re-inspection – non-conforming products are never released.
All instruments are regularly calibrated to ensure accurate and reliable data.

Its products are exported to dozens of countries and regions worldwide, earning long-term trust from domestic and international clients through exceptional quality and honest service.
CONBYTH is both a manufacturer and trading company. We have our own production facilities with four production lines, and we also trade high-quality steel products from trusted partners to meet diverse customer needs.
Our factory is located in Boxing County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, China. This region is known for its steel industry cluster and convenient transportation access.
We use advanced coating technology and strict color management systems to ensure batch-to-batch color consistency. Our quality control includes spectrophotometer testing and visual inspection.
Our products are exported to dozens of countries and regions worldwide, including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and South America. We have established long-term partnerships with clients in over 50 countries.
For regular specifications (e.g., AZ15-AZ180, commercial quality) with raw material in stock, our standard production lead time is 10-15 days for quantities up to 500 tons. For specific base metal grades (e.g., structural quality, high-strength low-alloy) or non-standard thicknesses requiring special hot-rolled feed stock arrangement, the lead time is approximately 20-25 days. We confirm the exact shipping schedule in the Proforma Invoice to align with your project milestones, and expedited handling is available for urgent orders upon request.
Galvalume requires specific surface protection measures to maintain its spangled appearance and prevent wet storage staining: - In-line Treatment: Every coil undergoes a thin, uniform chromate-free passivation treatment (RoHS compliant) followed by a light application of rust-preventative oil. This protects the spangle surface from moisture attack and fingerprints during handling. - Surface Finish Options: We offer Regular Spangle and Minimized Spangle finishes. The unique Al-Zn spangle pattern is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides natural heat reflectivity, reducing building cooling costs. - Seaworthy Packaging: We use full plastic film wrapping with moisture barrier protection, secured on fumigated wooden pallets with edge guards and a durable metal outer shield to prevent mechanical damage and saltwater exposure. - Storage Advisory: To preserve the original spangle appearance, we recommend storing coils in a dry, ventilated area and avoiding condensation cycles. Galvalume should ideally be processed within 3-6 months of receipt.
For standard RAL color orders (up to 500 tons), our regular production lead time is 10-15 days (provided paint inventory is sufficient). For customized colors or larger quantities, the lead time extends to approximately 20-25 days. We fully understand the importance of project timelines, and the final confirmed shipping schedule will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice. For urgent orders, we also accommodate expedited production based on current line scheduling availability.
To facilitate a smooth and secure transaction for both parties, we offer flexible payment options: - T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). - L/C (Letter of Credit): We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight. Additionally, for long-term partners with established credit history seeking financial flexibility, we are open to discussing Usance L/C (Deferred Payment L/C), subject to specific negotiation of terms and tenor.
Quality assurance is integrated into every stage of our process: - Raw Material Control: We source cold-rolled substrate from major mills and premium coatings (e.g., AkzoNobel, PPG) to guarantee zinc coating weight Z40-Z275g/m² and long-term durability. - Process Control: Our production line utilizes 220°C high-temperature curing to ensure strong, lasting coating adhesion. - Inspection Control: We perform multiple on-line checks during production. Prior to shipment, a final lab inspection covers film thickness tolerance, pencil hardness (≥HB), impact resistance, and T-bend performance. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) accompanies every shipment. - Detailed Documentation: Our official website features a dedicated "Quality Inspection Process & Standards" section, where you can download our detailed Internal Quality Control Plan (ITP) document to review specific testing methods and acceptance criteria at each production stage.
